The present work is in process, the research has as objective, to identify and to analyze the characteristics of the street basketball as manifestation of the ethnic corporal culture in Salvador, looking for to find varied elements for the pedagogic practice. The discipline Physical education brings the basketball as some of their manifestations of the corporal culture that significant modifications for who he/she practices suffers and he/she links with her of form lúdica. The Basketball was reinvented by the American society, mainly the blacks, that along the years it is interfering in their norms and forms of playing, being called of street ball, in other words, street basketball. The street basketball comes little by little if constituting in time and space as reference for the afro-descending population, due to that, trying to corroborate with the relationships of that sporting phenomenon for the afro-descending collaborating with the black's insert in the society, we thought about the sporting action, that is one of the vehicles of critical formation of the citizenship concept in the search of the human emancipation. For having an own language, he/she has their meanings and significances, it is a music mixture and sport, game and game transforming and producing new models and lifestyles. Our approach is being made in the periphery of Salvador: Mussurunga, Cajazeiras, Paripe and Uruguay. We used a theoretical referencial with base in the materialism historical dialético. For that, we are accomplishing a qualitative research where we used the following methodological procedures: the) bibliographical Rising in the banks of theories and literature on the theme; b) to accomplish the observations (pictures, videos, annotations), interviews or questionnaires; c) to get up, to systematize and to analyze the found categories; d) to dialogue with the literature on the theme. As temporary results, we observed that possibilities exist of forming citizens emancipated through cultural movements of social stamp and of relevance for the population afrodescendente of Salvador. |
