During pregnancy the woman undergoes several changes physiological and functional, and as the course of pregnancy are to suffer a common discomfort related of this period. The aim of this study was to conduct clearly the benefits of the physical exercise for pregnancy’s life during these approximately 40 weeks, and with the purpose of encouraging the public and professional of health to a practice of physical exercise programs that was structured and orientated. This paper gives a survey of bibliographic material compost of books and scientific articles. The study conclusion that physical exercise bring benefits to pregnancy’s life, ever the improvement in a posture of the pregnant as far as the facilitation of the delivery, so the exercise should be guided and supervised by a professional of physical education, together with the medical monitoring, looking for developing the better exercise program for pregnant according to the stages of pregnancy. |
