Social determinants that influence the ecosystem in school - Abstract

The present paper aims at examining the social conditions that act on the school ecosystem, particularly on the classes of school Physical Education. The methodology was characterized by the phenomenological approach as a case study with a qualitative approach. Therefore, there was a semi-structured interview for the collection of information, followed by its interpretation and content analysis. Thus, three teachers at a school of Physical Education named "Felicidade" in Santa Maria (RS) took part of the process. We conclude that there are five sorts of external conditions in the school unit and seven types of internal constraints in the school unit which work influencing the classes of school Physical Education.
